• Manage and grow the company's digital and social media presence through content creation, social media management and online marketing activities.

• Execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance and support lead generation and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies.

• Create, schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

• Manage platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube and other relevant channels.

• Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos and graphics.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and industry developments.

• Respond to comments, messages and customer inquiries.

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

• Track, analyze and report campaign performance.

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

• Generate leads and drive website traffic through digital marketing initiatives.
