About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our B2B marketing team. Unlike B2C, our sales cycles are longer and our audience is more specialized. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel digital strategies that build brand authority, engage key decision-makers, and generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

The ideal candidate understands the "long game" of B2B marketing—moving prospects through the funnel from awareness to conversion using a mix of SEO, paid media, and content strategy.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Execute and optimize end-to-end B2B campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and industry-specific platforms.
  • SEO & Content: Perform keyword research tailored to B2B search intent. Manage the company blog and website updates to improve organic rankings and drive thought leadership.
  • Lead Generation: Manage and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and automated email nurturing sequences to convert traffic into prospects.
  • Social Media: Curate and maintain our professional presence on LinkedIn and Twitter, focusing on industry trends, company news, and executive positioning.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Prepare monthly reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and align marketing efforts with sales targets.
  • Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 years in a digital marketing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, tech, or professional services environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM and Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Writing: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business language.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet and identify why a campaign is underperforming.
