Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & B2B Platform Handling Executive to manage the company's online presence across social media channels and B2B marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, lead generation, customer engagement, and brand promotion through digital platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage and update company profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • B2B Platform Management
  • Manage company accounts on B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and other industry-specific portals.
  • Update product listings, catalogs, pricing, and company information regularly.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-up and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Generate quality leads through social media campaigns and B2B platforms.
  • Support online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Assist in email marketing and promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain databases of prospects and customers.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and B2B platform handling.
  • Knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
