About the Job

We are looking for a qualified, dedicated, and patient-focused Female Dermatologist / Skin Specialist to join our organization on a full-time basis.

The position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who have relevant qualifications and an interest in dermatology, skincare, hair care, and aesthetic treatments.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with patients, understanding their concerns, providing professional guidance, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The candidate should also possess good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of dermatology and skincare.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Patient ConsultationInteract with patients in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
• Understand patients' skin, hair, and other dermatological concerns.
• Conduct consultations as per professional qualifications and organizational protocols.
• Provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to patients.
• Explain treatment procedures and skincare recommendations clearly.
• Skin and Dermatology CareAssist in assessing various skin and hair-related concerns.
• Provide professional recommendations based on qualifications, knowledge, and clinic procedures.
• Guide patients regarding skincare routines and necessary precautions.
• Support dermatological and aesthetic procedures as applicable to the candidate's qualifications and experience.
• Ensure proper patient care before, during, and after treatments.
• Patient Guidance and Follow-UpExplain treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients.
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
• Address patient queries professionally.
• Guide patients regarding necessary precautions and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain a positive and comfortable experience for patients.
• Documentation and Record ManagementMaintain accurate patient consultation records.
• Update treatment-related information as required.
• Ensure patient information is handled professionally and confidentially.
• Follow clinic procedures for documentation and record maintenance.
• Team CoordinationCoordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and other team members.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment management.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide quality service.
• Support the organization in maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
• Hygiene and Professional StandardsFollow proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure that professional protocols are followed during patient interactions and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
• Follow all organizational policies and guidelines.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

Educational QualificationCandidates should have a relevant qualification in Dermatology, Skin Care, Aesthetic Medicine, or a related field, depending on the requirements and responsibilities of the position.

• ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates with relevant experience in dermatology, skincare, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with practical knowledge and relevant exposure will be preferred.

Salary Details

For Freshers

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in dermatology and skincare are encouraged to apply.

For Experienced Candidates

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

The salary for experienced candidates will depend on:

• Relevant work experience
• Educational qualifications
• Professional skills
• Knowledge and expertise
• Interview performance

Final salary will be decided based on the candidate's overall profile, experience, skills, and suitability for the position.

Job Type : Full-Time Position

This is a full-time employment opportunity. The selected candidate will be expected to work regularly according to the assigned working schedule and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the position.

Working Hours / Shift Timing1

The candidate should be comfortable working according to the organization's schedule and operational requirements.

Option 1: Full-TimeRegular full-time working hours as per the organization's requirements.

Available Shift Timings

Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The final working schedule may be assigned based on organizational and operational requirements. Candidates should be flexible and comfortable with the assigned working hours.
