Dental Clinic Assistant

* Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including fillings, extractions, and crown preparations.

* Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are readily available.

* Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.

* Provide chairside assistance, including suctioning, retraction, and passing instruments.

* Take patient vital signs and update patient medical and dental histories.

* Educate patients on oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care.

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our electronic dental record system.

* Manage inventory of dental supplies and place orders as needed.

* Schedule appointments and answer phones as needed.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
