Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and ticketing systems.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow SLA timelines and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Build customer trust and retain customers through effective communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Experience with WhatsApp support, CRM, or ticketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in roster-based shifts.
