Job Summary

We are hiring Associates for an International Voice Process. The role involves contacting healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies in the US to retrieve and verify medical records while ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Contact healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies to retrieve medical records.

Make outbound calls and follow up on pending requests.

Maintain accurate documentation and update records in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with process guidelines.

Eligibility

Graduate or Undergraduate.

1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process or Medical Record Retrieval preferred.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Good computer skills and typing speed.

Comfortable working in the US Shift.
