Job Description

  1. Build strong relationships with customers by handling inquiries, support requests, and follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Work closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth coordination and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  3. Get hands-on exposure to client communication, order management, complaint handling, and after-sales support in a fast-growing manufacturing company.
  4. Maintain customer records, track inquiries, and support business growth by sharing customer feedback and market insights with the team.
