Job Description
- Build strong relationships with customers by handling inquiries, support requests, and follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth coordination and deliver an excellent customer experience.
