Job Description
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for quotations, order status, and general queries
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in coordination with the outside sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records and order tracking in Zoho Books
• Support the outside sales team with order processing and documentation
• Follow up on pending orders and coordinate dispatch timelines with the warehouse
• Assist with IndiaMART and other online lead follow-up as needed
