Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Process -- E-Commerce (Voice Support)

Salary -- Rs. 15500 - 17000 / Month + PF+ESI

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Job Responsibility --

·   Handling basic customer queries related to Ecommerce Products and providing customer resolution.

. Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

·    Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers regarding companies Product or services.

·    Willingness to work in Rotational Shift.

. Customer Centric and handle the customer Happily.

. Having good communication
