JOB Profile: Customer Support Executive


Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Full Time

Gender: Female

Working Days: 6 Days a Week


Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries.

• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

• Resolve complaints and follow up with customers.

• Maintain customer details and update records.

• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build good relationships.
