- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist Australian customers with solar-related enquiries.
- Provide professional customer support and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
