Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Guest Operations & Reservations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartment/hotel property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries and bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and other platforms.
• Manage room availability, reservations and apartment allocation.
• Coordinate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure apartments are clean and guest-ready.
• Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and other operational requirements.
• Maintain daily occupancy, booking and guest records.
• Ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to checkout.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality operations.
• Experience with OTA platforms and reservations preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and property management systems.
• Ability to manage housekeeping staff and daily operations.
• English, Hindi and Gujarati communication skills preferred.
