Job Description

Position: Service / Customer Care Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with the Service & Technical team for issue resolution.
  • Schedule and follow up on service visits.
  • Communicate service updates, timelines, and resolutions to customers.
  • Maintain customer complaints, service reports, and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate for spare parts/service requirements with internal teams.
  • Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
  • Take regular feedback and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic technical understanding.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • MS Office / Excel knowledge.
  • Problem-solving attitude.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Experience: 0- 1 years in Customer Care, Service Coordination, or similar role.
