Service & Dispatch Coordinator
Company: Arrow Powertech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ahmedabad – Head Office
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle after-sales service activities and customer queries.
- Manage dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate with dealers, customers and the Sales Team.
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and lead generation.
- Handle emails and messages related to customers and services.
Preferred
- Experience in Customer Service, Service Support, Dispatch or Logistics is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
