Job Description

  • Food Preparation-Execute daily prep and cooking for assigned section (hot, cold, or pastry) as per standard recipes and quality standards.


  • Station Management-Manage your kitchen section independently, maintain cleanliness, equipment, and mise-en-place.


  • Recipe Compliance-Follow standardized recipes and portion controls


  • Support Menu Execution-Assist in preparing café-style dishes including all-day breakfast, quick bites, and desserts.


  • Hygiene & Food Safety-Maintain cleanliness, follow HACCP/FSSAI standards, and ensure food safety in your section.


  • Team Support-Assist junior team members, work collaboratively with the kitchen team, and support service during peak hours.


  • Inventory Control-Monitor and report daily usage; ensure proper storage and minimize wastage.


  • Travel & Audit Responsibilities-Willingness to travel for kitchen audits, outlet visits, and chef training across locations.
