Role Overview 

We are looking for a Content & Video Growth Specialist who can create impactful short-form video content and help us build trust with our audience. 

This is not just a video editing role — we need someone who understands storytelling, audience psychology, and content-driven growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Content Creation 

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels) 
• Produce 4–5 high-quality videos per week 
• Ensure content is clear, engaging, and trust-focused 

2. Content Strategy Execution 

• Work closely with the founder to execute the content plan 
• Convert ideas into strong hooks, scripts, and visuals 

3. Trust-Based Storytelling 

Create content around: 

• Female privacy & safety 
• Profile verification process 
• Platform credibility 
• Real user feedback 

4. Founder & Team Content 

• Shoot founder-led videos and team activities 
• Capture behind-the-scenes and product updates professionally 

5. Editing & Optimization 

• Add subtitles (Gujarati/Hindi preferred) 
• Maintain clean, minimal, and professional editing style 
• Optimize videos for engagement and retention 

6. Platform Management 

• Upload and manage content on Instagram 
• Write captions with clear call-to-actions 

Required Skills 

Must-Have: 

• Experience in short-form video creation (Reels/Shorts) 
• Strong understanding of hooks and audience retention 
• Ability to script and structure content 
• Basic understanding of Indian audience behavior 

Good to Have: 

• Experience in startup or personal brand content 
• Gujarati/Hindi language skills 
• Knowledge of social media growth strategies 

Success Metrics 

• Consistent posting (4–5 videos/week) 
• Content quality and engagement 
• Growth in user trust and signups 
• Improvement in audience retention 

Work Setup 

• Full-time, on-site role 
• Direct collaboration with the founder 

 Compensation 

• Competitive salary based on experience up to 35,000 INR per month.
