Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesBasic Computer Knowledge hona chahiye.
  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) ka basic knowledge hona chahiye.
  • Two-Wheeler chalana aana chahiye aur valid driving licence hona chahiye.
  • Incoming customer/client calls receive karna aur unki queries ko properly handle karna.
  • Requirement ke according clients/customers ko outgoing calls karna.
  • Clients ke saath professional communication maintain karna.
  • Customer inquiries, follow-ups aur basic information ko properly record aur manage karna.
  • Office ke daily administrative aur coordination work mein support karna.
  • Team ke saath coordination karke assigned tasks ko timely complete karna.
  • Required SkillsGood Communication Skills
