Job Description

Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards.

Handle RCC work, structure work, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing activities.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.

Check construction drawings and resolve site-level technical issues.

Monitor quality, safety, manpower, materials, and daily site progress.

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), quantity calculations, measurements, and billing-related documentation.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper QA/QC procedures are followed.

Monitor material availability and coordinate for timely procurement.

Ensure the project is completed according to the planned schedule and required quality standards.
