Job Description
- Prepare detailed civil, architectural, structural, and layout drawings for factory buildings and industrial facilities.
- Prepare drawings for factory plans, building layouts, production areas, offices, warehouses, utility areas, roads, drains, platforms, staircases, and other civil facilities.
- Incorporate requirements related to factory safety, worker movement, access, ventilation, lighting, sanitation, emergency exits, fire-safety provisions, and safe working spaces as applicable.
- Prepare drawings and documentation required for Factory Inspector / Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH) / relevant statutory authority approval.
- Ensure drawings comply with the applicable Factories Act, State Factory Rules, National Building Code, local building bye-laws, fire regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, area statements, location plans, and detailed construction drawings.
