Civil and Structural Draughtsman

Job Title: Civil & Structural Draftsman

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ years (typically)

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting: Prepare detailed civil architectural & structural drawings (RCC, steel, foundations) and civil site plans.
• Modeling: Create 3D models and extract 2D drawings using AutoCAD. (REVIT is added point)
• Documentation: Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify details.
• Calculations: Calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and structural dimensions.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil architectural * structural detailing, building codes, and construction methods.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent precision in drafting.
• Communication: Ability to work well in a team. 

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in civil drafting for steel, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to conduct site visits to verify measurements if required.
