Chef

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Head Chef / Kitchen Operations Executive to manage our kitchen operations. This role focuses on executing menu items exactly as per SOPs and recipes provided by our menu consultant, while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute all menu items strictly as per SOPs.
• Carry out daily kitchen preparation (mise en place) before service.
• Assemble, plate, and present dishes with consistency.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory and report stock requirements on time.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen helper to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow opening and closing kitchen checklists.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a café, QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs with precision.
• Organized, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
