📋 Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage a network of channel partners.

Recruit, onboard, and support new channel partners.

Drive sales through brokers, travel agents, corporate referrals, and business associates.

Build long-term relationships with key partners.

Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and business presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and market insights.

✅ Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

2–8 years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Telecom, or FMCG.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Team-handling experience is an advantage.

Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
