Cell Material Team-Team Lead

Electrode & Stack Design
• Define loadings, thickness, porosity; current collector specs; jelly‑roll/stacking parameters.

Materials & Electrolyte
• Optimize electrolyte, separator selection, and formation protocols with R&D/process.

Mechanical & Safety
• Design cell can/pouch/prismatic, tabs, sealing; support safety/abuse testing.

Validation & Docs
• Run DoE, track cycle life/impedance; publish CTQs, control plans, and design specs.

Educational Background:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Computer/Instrumentation or related
- M.E./M.Tech./MS preferred for advanced roles; PhD a plus for R&D

Work Experience:
- 8+ years in Li-ion cell design/formulation or close collaboration with cell OEMs
- Cell qualification & failure analysis
