Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle daily cash collections from vehicle sales, service, parts and other customer transactions.
  • Receive cash, cheque, UPI, card and other payments and issue proper receipts.
  • Maintain daily cash book and ensure accurate cash entries in the system.
  • Deposit daily cash/cheques into the company bank account as per company policy.
  • Reconcile physical cash with system records on a daily basis.
  • Prepare daily cash collection and deposit reports.
  • Verify payment details and supporting documents before accepting transactions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts and Accounts teams for payment-related matters.
  • Maintain proper records of customer receipts, refunds and adjustments.
  • Ensure cash is handled safely and strictly follow company cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist the Accounts team in bank reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
