Business Operations Head – Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Experience: 7–10 Years

Industry Preference: EdTech / Education / High-growth startups


Role Overview

Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Operations Head to drive end-to-end execution across sales, marketing, and delivery.

This role is responsible for ensuring that strategy converts into revenue, teams perform efficiently, and operations scale smoothly.

This is not a support role — this is a core leadership position driving business outcomes.



Key Responsibilities


1. Revenue & Business Execution


  • Own overall revenue operations (Admissions + Closures + Collections)
  • Ensure alignment between marketing → telecalling → sales → conversion
  • Identify bottlenecks and fix leakages in the funnel


2. Team Management & Performance


  • Oversee Sales (BDM + Telecalling Team) and operational staff
  • Set targets, track KPIs, and ensure daily performance discipline
  • Hire, train, and build high-performance teams


3. Process & System Building


  • Create and implement SOPs across departments
  • Ensure proper usage of CRM, lead tracking, and reporting systems
  • Build scalable systems for admissions, student onboarding & operations


4. Data & Performance Optimization


  • Track key metrics:
  • Lead → Conversion ratio
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Revenue per channel
  • Use data to improve efficiency, productivity & profitability


5. Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Work with marketing for lead generation quality
  • Coordinate with academic/delivery team for student experience
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, workshops & partnerships
  • KPIs (What You Will Be Measured On)Monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Conversion rates across funnel
  • Team productivity & efficiency
  • Cost per lead vs revenue generated
  • Operational efficiency & system implementation


Required Skills


  • Strong experience in business operations / revenue operations
  • Proven ability to manage sales + operations teams
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels & CRM systems
  • Strong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving ability
  • Data-driven mindset with execution focus
