Job Description

  • Work across project sales + technical discussions + solution positioning, covering:
  • discovering MEPF projects on the market
  • engaging with consultants, PMCs, and infrastructure ecosystem
  • identifying and progressing leads to closure
  • technical presales leading to shortlisting
  • proposals, design discussions, negotiations, closure, and account management
  • tendering process (private and public projects)
  • hands-on understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS)


  • Expected Applicant Criteria:3+ years of experience in:


  • MEP project sales / business development / presales
  • OR strong exposure in:


  • technical sales
  • consultant coordination
  • proposal / tendering support
  • Engineering background preferred (Diploma / BE) (exceptions considered)


  • Self-driven and client-facing


  • Comfortable with targets and follow-ups


  • Interested in practical, project-linked business roles
