Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Role: Full time, WFO

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00pm

Working Days: 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday,

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for BDM Commercial - office located in Ahmedabad at RD Brothers. He/ she will be responsible for Team management, Project study, client visits, handling real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, coordinating real estate development projects, and driving sales through effective closures.

Salary: Competitive and as per market standards + Sales commissions

 Qualifications

• Min. 3- 8 years of Real Estate experience
• Detailed understanding of Ahmedabad Real Estate Commercial market
• Sales & Closing abilities
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Ability to gather data, information and find new opportunities
• Leads generations campaign
• Participation is marketing activities and guiding the team
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly target completion
