About the Role

Gavyadhar Organic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships.

• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.

• Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Hindi.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
