Night ShiftAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team for the Night Shift. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into successful opportunities.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates/customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable courses, career opportunities, or services, and driving conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective candidates/customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, career goals, and preferences.
• Explain relevant courses, career opportunities, products, or services clearly and professionally.
• Generate interest and convert leads into successful enrollments/sales.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Build strong relationships and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and onboarding.
