We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across engineering colleges, universities, corporates, and training institutes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, technology, and helping students bridge the gap between academia and industry.Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through college visits, tele-calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, universities, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct meetings with Principals, HODs, placement officers, and industry representatives.
  • Counsel students regarding CAD and design courses and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, competitions, expert lectures, and industrial visits.
  • Create and manage sales funnels, reports, and business development plans.
  • Drive admissions and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Develop partnerships and facilitate MoUs with educational institutions.
  • Coordinate with counselors and internal teams for effective lead conversion.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven sales and business development capabilities.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Engineering graduates with exposure to sales, education, or training industries.
  • Experience in EdTech, CAD training, technical education, or campus relations will be preferred.
  • Candidates who enjoy interacting with students and academic institutions.
