Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join

our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of

experience who are eager to build a career in sales, lead generation, and business

development.

You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential leads —

primarily OPT & STEM OPT students — using LinkedIn and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct research to identify and target potential leads on LinkedIn (OPT & STEM

OPT students).

 Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn tools and best practices.

 Initiate contact with prospects through personalized LinkedIn messages.

 Track, document, and report lead generation activities and outcomes.

 Stay updated on industry trends and new LinkedIn strategies.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

(preferred but not mandatory).

 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (freshers

are welcome).

 Strong understanding of LinkedIn and its professional networking features.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Highly organized and detail-oriented.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
