Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in sales and business growth. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, building relationships, and learning how businesses acquire and retain clients.

You will receive proper training, sales scripts, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products/services
• Generate leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team
• Maintain client data and follow up on leads regularly
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts (training will be provided)
• Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google tools)
