About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, generating Inquiry & Lead, promoting brand awareness, and supporting business growth through both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•      Contact potential customers from the company's existing customer database.

•      Make calls and follow up with B2B customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

•      Generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.

•      Understand customer requirements and determine their potential business needs.

•      Share qualified leads with the Sales Team for further follow-up and closure.

•      Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

•      Keep customer information, lead status, and communication records updated in the CRM system.

•      Support both domestic and export sales activities.

•      Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups.

•      Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

•      Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.

•      Help organize exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.

•      Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

•      Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

•      Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals and drive company growth.

 

Requirements

·       Good communication skills in Hindi, English And Gujarati.

·       1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·       Proficiency in Google Sheet, MS Office and marketing tools.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹20,000–35,000 (Based on Experience) + Incentive

Working Hours:

Option 1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Option 2: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

(30 Minutes Lunch Break)
