Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with construction companies, contractors, builders, and infrastructure clients, and promoting Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) rental services. The role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities for RMC rental services.
  • Generate leads through market research, references, and customer visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure companies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • 2. Customer Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable rental solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely response to service requests.
  • 3. Sales and Commercial ActivitiesPrepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate rental rates, terms, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate contract finalization and order confirmation.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and convert leads into business.
  • 4. Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of customers, projects, and prospects.
  • 5. Coordination and Operations SupportCoordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deployment of RMC equipment and services.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal departments.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.
