Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure companies for Tower Crane Rental Services. The role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities for Tower Crane Rental Services.
  • Generate leads through market research, customer references, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • 2. Customer Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable tower crane rental solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and project site visits.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and requirements.
  • 3. Sales & Commercial ActivitiesPrepare and submit quotations, commercial offers, and proposals.
  • Negotiate rental rates, payment terms, and contract conditions.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate contract execution and order confirmation.
  • 4. Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain a database of customers, prospects, and ongoing projects.
  • 5. Coordination with Internal DepartmentsCoordinate with Operations, Service, Procurement, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth execution of rental projects.
  • Communicate customer requirements and delivery schedules to internal teams.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.
  • 6. Project and Site SupportVisit project sites to understand lifting requirements and tower crane specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for crane installation and mobilization schedules.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 7. Reporting and DocumentationPrepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain records of quotations, contracts, customer correspondence, and project details.
  • Update CRM and management on sales activities and business opportunities.
