Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth through the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for managing the branch team, developing the advisor network, achieving business targets, and ensuring overall branch profitability and productivity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall branch sales and business operations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Insurance Advisors and Business Partners.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team.
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop strategies for advisor recruitment, activation, and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and implement corrective action where required.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance discussions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, advisors, and business partners.
• Drive new business generation and improve branch revenue.
• Ensure proper implementation of company processes and compliance guidelines.
• Handle customer and advisor escalations effectively.
• Prepare and review MIS, sales reports, and branch performance reports.
• Support training and development initiatives for the sales team.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/BFSI sales.
• Prior experience in Agency Channel and team handling is preferred.
• Proven experience in advisor recruitment and business development.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong target orientation and business acumen.
• Local market knowledge will be preferred.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
