Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive – (Start-up Consultant) to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive revenue through phone, email, and online channels. This is a target-driven role focused on client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries
  • Pitch company services to potential clients over phone/video calls
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects regularly
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and inside sales
  • Goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience in services sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
