Job Description
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle fitness tests, certification, and renewal procedures
- Guide customers on booking appointments for vehicle inspection and fitness checks
- Provide accurate information about required documents, fees, and eligibility criteria
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to delays, reports, or certification errors
- Coordinate with inspection teams to update customers on vehicle status and test results
- Maintain customer records, service requests, and follow-up logs in the system
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat to ensure prompt support and resolution
- Educate customers about vehicle safety standards, compliance rules, and government regulations
- Process requests for rescheduling, cancellations, or re-inspections efficiently
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and timely service
