Job Summary

 

As the BPO Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance and productivity of the outbound international sales floor. You’ll manage sales teams targeting US and European markets, ensuring KPI achievement, sales quality, and overall operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 20–50 international sales executives.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, call quality, and adherence to KPIs.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage shift schedules, break timings, and floor discipline.
  • Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate with QA, HR, and Training teams for process alignment.
  • Handle escalations and support agents with complex sales objections.
  • Drive initiatives to improve conversion rates, lead handling, and agent productivity.
  • Report floor performance to senior management on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Maintain a high-energy, positive sales environment.
