Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates for the role of Bench Sales Recruiter. The candidate will be responsible for working with vendors, clients, and technical recruiters across the USA to market consultant profiles and coordinate interview opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing consultant profiles to vendors and clients

• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

• Building and maintaining professional relationships with recruiters and clients

• Maintaining daily reports and candidate tracking

• Working closely with the recruitment team to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

• Willingness to work in night shifts
