Automobile Service Advisor

We are hiring an experienced Automobile Service Advisor for our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding vehicle concerns, preparing job cards, explaining repair estimates, coordinating with workshop technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The role includes maintaining customer satisfaction, updating customers on repair progress, promoting value-added services, accessories, and AMC packages, handling customer complaints professionally, and achieving service and sales targets. Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer handling skills, basic technical knowledge of automobiles, and proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and MS Office. Prior experience in an automobile dealership is preferred.
