Associate Manager - Quality Assurance & Control

• Preparing and revising the Quality Plan of Civil Activities.
• Pre & Post pour meetings and Kick off meeting with contractors / Vendors.
• Carry out pre-dispatch inspection at vendor’s works and issue IR & MDCC. 
• Carrying out Field inspections for assigned sites and submit the visit report. 
• Carrying out and witness Testing at site or at third party lab.
• Maintaining documentation of inspection and QA activities.
• Technical Audit of contractor.
• Identifying Non-conformity and closure of the same during pre-dispatch inspection at vendor’s works.
• Review concrete mix design, monitoring concrete batching plant and quality of concrete delivered & poured at site.
• Resolving Technical Issues of site and support to FQA.
• Monthly MIS preparation and Submission.

• Exposure in Corporate or Field Quality Civil work. Preparation of Quality Plan / ITPs. Technical Audit skill, Pre-dispatch inspection skills. 
• Experience Total:  8 to 12 Yrs
• Desired Qualification: Bachelor's in civil engineering.
