Associate Manager - OT Security

• Implement OT security architecture, policies, and technical safeguards.
• Supervise OT security monitoring, incident response, and log analysis.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Coordinate security awareness sessions for plant personnel.

Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and industrial protocols.

Preferred Experience

• 6–10 years in OT security or industrial cybersecurity roles.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of network and OT architecture.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and manage escalations.
