Assistant Vice President - Non Motor Insurace Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients across industries (SMEs, mid-market, large corporates).
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Act as a single point of contact for client servicing and support.
• Ensure high client retention through continuous engagement and service excellence.
• Assess client risk exposure and insurance requirements.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the organization.
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
• Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle
