Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 26 – 45 Years

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience: 3–5 Years in Banking or NBFC

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.

Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and SOPs.

Monitor team performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Analyze business data and prepare MIS reports for management.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Support business expansion through efficient operational planning.

Drive productivity by implementing technology-driven solutions.
