Job Purpose:
Executive - Business Information (COO Office) provides comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting support to the COO, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. The role involves developing dashboards for real-time operational insights, preparing detailed reports on departmental performance, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and governance policies. Additionally, the role facilitates effective communication between departments and supports strategic initiatives through market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Business Information Systems Oversight:
- Direct the implementation and optimization of business information systems to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure that information systems are scalable and adaptable to support the evolving needs of the business, particularly in the context of M&A activities.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect and analyze data from departments to provide a comprehensive overview of business performance, identifying key metrics and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that offer real-time insights into operational performance.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports for the COO, summarizing departmental activities, achievements, challenges, and areas needing attention.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Operational Monitoring and Commercial Acumen
- Monitor departmental activities to ensure they progress according to plan and address any deviations promptly.
- Evaluate departmental performance against financial and operational targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Internal Controls and Fraud Prevention
- Implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity, particularly in performance monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with governance policies, addressing discrepancies or irregularities to prevent fraud.
Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate information flow between department heads and the COO Office, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and priority changes.
- Prepare communication materials that convey the COO’s vision and operational goals to the organization.
Support for Strategic Initiatives
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment, ensuring decisions are data driven.
- Collaborate with the COO Office team to ensure alignment and coordination of strategic initiatives across departments.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data management, financial reporting, or a similar role, preferably within an operations or strategy-focused environment.
Industry Knowledge
- Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, financial modeling, and internal controls. Experience with dashboard development, report preparation, and strategic decision-making.
