Responsibilities of candidate for CMG-Cash my gold (Div. of Golden Iris Jewels LLP) -

• Meet & Greet Customers • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Maintain good store hygiene• Answer questions regarding old gold purchase and taking customer details • Demo and explain the old gold buying process to customers • End to end process handling for old gold purchase. • Execute payment process and record.• MOU Documentation, Loan release documentation and KYC for all customers. Occational travelling to bank or other institutions for office work.
