Job Description

CNC machine mechanical assembly and fitting.

Installation and alignment of LM guides, ball screws, slides, spindle and machine components.

Machine leveling, alignment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

Reading mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.

Use of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams.

Maintain quality and complete assigned work within production schedules.
