Experience - 2 to 5 years for Area Officer & 6 to 12 years for Area Manager 

Salary - As per candidate

Must Have - Epx. in Project Sales, Direct, Institutional or Non-Trade Sales in Precast, Concrete products, RMC, PEB, Cement, Building materials, infrastructure industry

Education - BE/B.Tech /Diploma- Civil OR MBA - Sales/Marketing

The Area Officer is responsible for promoting the company's precast concrete products, developing business opportunities, conducting regular site visits, building strong customer relationships, and generating sales within the assigned territory. The role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, project owners, government departments, and infrastructure developers to identify project requirements and convert opportunities into orders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•Conduct regular site visits to identify new business opportunities.

•Promote the company's precast concrete products and infrastructure solutions.

•Meet contractors, consultants, industrial projects, Govt projects, government departments, and infrastructure companies.

•Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable precast products.

•Generate enquiries, prepare sales leads, and convert them into confirmed orders.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

•Track ongoing infrastructure projects related to roads, railways, highways, industrial developments, and other civil works.

•Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collections.

•Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned territory.

•Prepare daily visit reports, and monthly business development reports.

•Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
